All of our products are handcrafted with skill, using ethically sourced natural yarn and dyes.
Ethical
Our products are ethically created, and ALL profits go directly to the weavers—a collective of indigenous (Mayan) single mothers in San Juan la Laguna, Guatemala.
Traditional
We stay true to our ancestral techniques. Using no machinery, we craft each piece individually by hand using the techniques passed from mother to daughter for countless generations. We are proud of and dedicated to this process.
Motivated
In our community and culture, family is everything. We strive to do our best to provide for our children and we care for and respect our elders. This gives us the motivation to work hard every day, and is why Mayan Clothing Company is so important to us.
